The Commission consists of eleven members appointed by Lieutenant Governor Mitch Landrieu. The members are various state leaders or their designees, including the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Secretary of the Department of Culture, Recreation and Tourism, Secretary of Louisiana Economic Development, Speaker of the House, Senate President, and representatives from the State's five tourism regions.
